November 23/23 6:15pm I was looking on the website special And it said extra-large pizza + 1 topping $13.49it doesn't say extra charge on specific topping it just said 1 topping So I wanted to ordering that special But the moment I request extra cheese it jump extra charge a dollar To me It is falt advertising So I call customer service of pizza pizza And the guy on the other side of the phone in the middle of conversation hang up the phone on me that is rude and no good service if you don't have patience to customers don't work in customer service department because When I try to understand from where the extra charge come from
Well.. if I could put no star I would. I ordered a pizza ,at 12:30am I was very ill and in pain. Unable to cook for myself and needed food. I went to wait at @ the door “ as they say … we will be at your door ! After a long Time like 50 mins or so. I called to find out where the pizza was. The agent said. They called you and the driver was outside. 😳 so we cancelled. Nobody came to the door. ( house) I let them know that I was unable to go out in the cold and rain. In pain that would make it worse. My door is about 5 feet from the driveway !! So I gave the “ Instruction to @ knock at the door, “ some time later a customer service agent said that the driver refuses to deliver to me. I felt Shocked, violated, and hungry. After 26 mins of being on hold painfully making 4 calls. I gave up. I am feeling very mistreated. I made over 6 calls to order a pizza. And not once did a person come to my door. It gets worse.. the following day . A CUSTOMER service agent said. They thought you had COVID. 😡What a horrible display of “ SERVICE to your customers. Ifelt Violated and humiliated. I am still in shock. Even if it was Covid. What On Earth !! Covid is the same as the flu.Would you want more to ensure they got the food they need ??? Circus.
I've been going to the Pizza Pizza in Pembroke and the staff are friendly and helpful. Pizza was great too, receptive to the Gospel. Jesus loves us all and He died for our sins and rose from the dead. The kingdom of God is at hand, repent and believe in the Gospel (from Mark 1:15)
First of all, It is impossible to order pizza, the person could hardly understand me, problems to find location and order price. Pizza slices are never the same size. Quality is never same (Upper Middle plaza Oakville location), like lottery, you are not sure what you will get this time. I can't believe this kind of company to have such terrible service. Not once, not twice, always
I have been to the merivale location many times and Karan is sooo good with the customers. Making your order quickly. Hes always smiling but also always hard at wirk behind the counter. This man deserves praise and a raise. Exceklent work ethic and customer skills.
Pizza Pizza on Lakeshore and Helene in Mississauga they DO NOT wash their hands … I stood there 2 nights ago and watched one young guy handle cash, pop and made wings and put his hand directly in the pineapples and did not wash his hands one time
