Review Time
I spend hundreds of dollars there in the course of short periods of time we routinely order at least a couple times a month. I was supposed to get a credit $10 credit because they messed up my previous order my options or get another pizza or get another credit they said they didn’t get confirmation. I wanted the $10 I hung up the phone. I want to order tonight And they said no we’re not gonna honour that they had record that that conversation occurred but said I hung up the phone before the credit could be issued so now they’ve lost me as a customer terrible business terrible service they’ve given up hundreds and hundreds of dollars over $10 now they will no longer have me as a customer. Don’t go there and their pizza sucks anyway the last couple orders iPad it taste like cardboard because it takes so long to get here.
I took two friends with me having been there myself previously, I took them because I knew they would like the food, they wasn’t disappointed either, in fact one of them even took one home for his partner, the manager was extremely friendly too came and had a chat with us, we will all definitely be going again, that’s pizza pizza in Wakefield, try it you won’t regret it
I don't want to even give them 1 star! I called about a double charge and the first guy was so rude and told me he couldn't help then hung up on me. Then I called the next day and I had a guy that basically called me an idiot and accused me of not checking my bank. He was so rude and condescending, he said hold on and then hung up on me. I called back and finally got a young girl who was very friendly and helpful. This truthfully has done it for me I am not ordering from Pizza pizza any more and I have done so for many years. If they want to keep customers they should do something about their non-existent customer service!! Disgusting!
I have observed that the size of pizzas is becoming smaller, with fewer toppings and less cheese compared to two to three years ago. I have tried various stores, and they appear to be similar. Some locations, such as the one on Garth Street in Hamilton, are particularly different. When ordering from that store, the pizza seemed tough with cooked tomato instead of tomato sauce, a bit of cheese, and other toppings, the chicken was half-cooked. Additionally, communication with staff in many stores is challenging due to language barriers and cultural differences. I am unsure what changes Pizza Pizza has undergone, but it would be beneficial if these issues were addressed.
