The pizza was of poor quality. The crust was excessively thick, lacking proper texture, and the flavor was insufficient. Additionally, the toppings were sparse and unappetizing. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, with a bland and unsatisfactory taste.
Friday Feb. 14, I ordered an XL Fixed Rate Pizza:Order placed at 8:36 pm.Order arrived at 9:24 pm.Driver said it was busy. OK???????Free after forty minutes? Only response, was It was busy.Pissed off and hungry, I just took it.It was cold and lacked the double cheese I ordered.Under the thin layer of cheese on top was nothing!!I called customer service line. I was informed ,after I failed to “go away”, that it would be replaced , because it was cold and tasted terrible. NOT because it was late??? Then I received a call from the store itself, telling me I needed to cancel the replacement order. I refused and said “send the pizza”, and hung up. They called back, I did not answer. Pizza was delivered about an hour later. SATURDAY i RECEIVED A CALL FROM “CUSTOMER SERVICE”? THEY APOLOGIZED FOR THE PROBLEM AND OFFERED TO ISSUE A $20.00 STORE CREDIT. NOT EVEN EQUIVALENT TO THE COST OF THE PIZZA. I SAID DON’T BOTHER.I HONESTLY WONDER IF THAT CALL WAS REALLY FROM HEAD OFFICE.WHAT A HORRENDOUS WAY TO OPERATE A BUSINESS
They told me to download the app and provide them phone number, email, and location for a free slice of pizza. After I did all that, they told me they're having technical issues and can no longer offer a free slice. They just scammed me for information. I have since tried to delete my account (no easy option for this) and delete the app
Id leave 0 star if i could. I ordered a mushroom and bacon strip pizza well done. What i got was an undercooked pizza with no bacon at all, i called them back and they said they would send me a new pizza only to get a call back from the store owner barking at me to give them the old pizza back which had a cpl bites out of a few slices to which i agreed as long as he sent a new pizza.At that point i got calls from the call office saying that the delivery driver was waiting for me at the front door. I get there 30 secs later just to see noone this happened 2 times more before they called me back saying they dont want to come back for fear of their lives.... . So i never got a pizza that i paid for and had to deal with a rude manager. Thanks pizza pizza on 1191 st. Laurent blvd . All this happened at 11 59 on december 31. Happy new years.... ...
Our pizza was all crust, 6 pieces of green pepper, pepperoni and onion, little to no sauce, we know how much ingredients cost to make a pizza, this location should be shut down, ripping consumers off, by the way the location is red river road in Thunder Bay Ontario, something should be done, we will not go back!
