It is the absolute worst tasting pizza I have ever had..I have tried from different places and all are the same...I also used to work for them...I prefer frozen pizzas over it any day of the week..I will never ever order from them again as it is pure garbage
Just ordered a 10 piece wi gs at the Lawrence and Keele location. The price on the menu board is $13.89 and I was charged $14.09. I questione why the difference. Was told $14.09 is the new price. They refused to refund me 20 cents. I was told either cancel the order or pay $14.09. Kinda shocking that I had this experience. Yeah, 20 cents is nothing. But it's just a big FU from the restaurant owner. I canceled the order and will go somewhere else. I have ordered Pizza Pizza for over 40 years. Just shcked by the callowness.
Over the years it hasn't gotten terrible the food and the service. My most recent order was through pizza pizza app I paid for it ahead of time and they have a 40 minute guarantee, I received my pizza cold and 45 minutes over the 40 minute or free. I called and thr gentlemen I spoke with said my refund had been processed, business day 5 I reached out because I have yet to receive my refund and I just was told 7 days thats when you'll get it, well day 7 and here we are with no refund and getting no communication back from customer service. I addressed my concern that I really didn't think it was processed and its here we are really not looking like it was done. Truly will not be returning to pizza pizza because every time something different happens.
I ordered from Pizza Pizza (315 Dundas Street East) and my pizza was delivered late. Despite their “40 minutes or it’s free” policy, I have not received a full refund. The quality of the pizza was also unacceptable—it arrived cold and was inedible.Customer service has been completely unsatisfactory. I was given a $10 credit to use towards the purchase of another pizza, which I made clear was for the poor quality, not in place of the full refund I was promised for the late delivery. To date, no refund has been issued, and Pizza Pizza is not honouring its own delivery guarantee.I will not be ordering from Pizza Pizza again.
Brutal brutal, the only reason I'm giving this place one star is it wouldn't give me any other options. Hands down the worst pizza I have ever had. Almost no toppings and terribly dry crust. I recommend they stop making pizza and consider some other line of work.
Company just outright steals from customers. Place an order for pizza and wings and the popcorn chicken tater tots, no wings delivered at all and receive just tater tots with a drizzle of hot sauce, called to complain, they delivered the wings half hour later and still no popcorn chicken tater tots. Call again and they say they have already compensated. Literally showed the driver. Refuse to refund the small portion of the order or make it correctly. Never again, just theft and cold pizza. The ten bucks is irrelevant, it's the principal and disrespect.
Never had any issues before but time was very I was very upset. I ordered a large order and among that order was a small pepperoni pizza without cheese. Low and behold I got a pizza with cheese. Tried to change change it. I had to call 3 times and be put on hold for about 40 min before being told that it was my error and that and that they wouldn't replace it. I'm not saying I didn't make an error but this situation could have been handled a lot quicker and a lot better. Wasted my time for nothing
