The membership is extremely expensive and the quality of the pilate class is so low that made me move to a smaller Pilate Class where I can get one to one rather than having an injury after those pilate class! Extremely unprofessional and rude teacher!
I purchased a drink fron the machine it got stuck I waited 10 minutes for a manager to come fix itThen continued my workout and still no one had sorted it out. Didn't need the drink by that time and the manager who was on today was absolutely useless. 16.11.25
Absolutely awful experience. Booked in for the Sunday 10.30 barbell class and its chaos, ppl stayed from the previous class ,over 35ppl in group, ppl just grabbing equipment etc and no instructor service to guide newbies, its given major anxiety & I'll not attend any classes now ,the class should wait until the instructor is there and the instructor should be asking if new ppl need help as obviously we have no clue where to start. Dreadful experience, Absolutely awful.
All the staff at leiston leisure centre are the best. I have never been to a place where me and my children feel so welcome. The staff are so accommodating and caring I cannot thank them enough. Particularly Taome who is my daughter's swimming teacher. All the staff go above and beyond, the really need to be recognised. Thank you all a million times over!
The gym is terrible the manager of the gym is rude and unprofessional when you go to the gym the staff Is not professional or friendly. I have health condition I need to go gym they have close the gym for 2 weeks for upgrade and I still have to pay the gym even though I be not be using the facilities. One of the customer try to resist attack me I did complaint to the management but no action or response was taken. I would advice not join this gym. Terrible experience
