Limited gym options for a high price.

I only utilize this facility for the gym, but it lacks variety compared to other gyms that charge half the price. The monthly fee is set to increase to £42 next year, which doesn't seem justified for my usage. A gym-only membership for under £20 would be more reasonable. Additionally, it's closed on Christmas Eve.

Inadequate gym facilities

Membership transferred from a different gym when it closed, but the current facility is severely lacking. It's okay if you only need a treadmill, but if you're looking to do resistance training or weights, it's not worth your time.

Sauna temperature issue

I struggled to access the health suite due to a malfunctioning door lock. After using soap, there was no water in any taps, making handwashing impossible. The changing rooms weren't well maintained. The sauna was not sufficiently hot.
