I ordered 2 Christmas Jumpers back in October of 2022 and I have yet to receive them, I requested a refund and I spoke to four different people via their chat program and each one promised me a refund ASAP, and I am still waiting and all I am getting is empty promises from them. My Order Number is - 438885874.The 4th person just now on the chat program named Sam has just hung up on me, after I explained my situation. i have spoken to a Freddie, Nylah, and a Nancy and nothing happens!This is taking the pee now.I just want to speak to somebody!!!they won't even give out an email address, their Facebook and Twitter accounts are bloody useless and no one answers them.
****False Advertising****I ordered an item which also came with a free gift worth £99.99... The free item didn't arrive with my order so I chased it down with the company. It arrived today and is not worth £99.99 at all.. it was Aech 498 pop which you can purchase for £10. Very disappointed.. as they should of just given you the option to select a free pop figure of your choice. I have no need for this item so is wasted. I appreciate a free gift but its false advertising to say the item will be worth £99.99
This website needs to be shut down, its an absolute joke. Both previous orders had pops cancelled after waiting months, and months. I was given credit and discounts from it, which was only allowed to be used on 'in stock' products. Decided to take them up on the kind gesture, made and order, and guess what... part of the order now isn't in stock and I'm now still waiting.
