Terrible customer service

Had dispatch email then didn’t receive order.. when I contacted 3 weeks later was told item was out of stock!! Terrible customer service, I would of appreciated a email informing me the item was out of stock rather than me having to chase it up.. will not order again, would not recommend

I can not fault their online help

I can not fault their online help, I ordered my package I waited the 20 days before announcing it as lost I sent them a message last night and by the time I woke up they had already sorted it for me and my 3 pops are being dispatched again, they sorted it quickly and very professionally, id like to personally thank Shaun for helping me and getting it all sorted :)
