Ordered Christmas gifts, 1 was cancelled on their part, out of stock, 1 got lost, I cancelled the other 2 as the release date was pushed back to January, even tho GameStop has it? It’s been nearly 3 weeks and no refund!! Worst company I ever dealt with.
I was really looking forward to my order, it took a long time to come and when I receive it, only one item is in the box! I have been told for 3 days that the refund is being looked into to and when I ask the refund amount they just ignore my question!I have not had a great experience. Please yelp resolve this
