Review Time
This is an update on my last review. After my review I was contacted through my pop in a box account and I was promised a refund within 15-20 days on the 21st October 2022. Guess what? No refund still. This company is a huge joke and it's clearly verging on a scam.I'm sick and tired with this company. They owe me a refund on pops that they didn't get in stock. Why is it so difficult to do that?? Well I messaged again today and got a reply from 'Nontobeko' saying that they refuse to issue my refund as I didn't get in touch within 40 days of purchase.. except I did and have proof that I have been nearly constantly messaging them.In fact after my last review Liam, Customer Relations Executive, messaged promising my refund within 20 days and in tern created a written contract which they are now trying to go back on.So now I'm taking the legal route due to the mountains of evidence I have against them.Absolutely horrible company.My last review:"Back in September of 2020 I ordered 12 pops from them for birthday and christmas gifts and 4 of the pops never arrived. 2 got cancelled on the 18th January 2021 and I did get refunded as pop in a box couldn't get them in stock (even though they said the pops would be dispatched within 24 hours to 3 days of ordering them) but 2 of them I am still waiting for a refund even though we are nearing the end of 2022.I got told that they weren't able to get enough stock for these pops but yet I still don't have my refund.I have emailed them multiple times, I have tried cancelling the order through my account and I have spoken to the customer service team multiple times through their live chat feature and still no refund on pops they couldn't get in stock."
I would give 0 stars if possible. Worst company I have ever used to purchase anything in my life. After 8 working days my order is nowhere to be found, supposedly dispatched to the courier, the courier never received it. Contacted several times and always replied rudely and dismissively. Please avoid at all cost, they are just a scam company!
I brought an advent calendar for my son who has been going through a rough time lately specifically the loss of his brother. It was getting closer to the 1st of December and it still hadn’t arrived. I got in contact with customer service and they were the most obnoxious and unhelpful people I have ever dealt with!!! I have given the order number and email to look into this and they are saying they don’t have an order under my name and order number! And say I don’t even have an account with them?! Yet they are happy to send me junk mail 8 times a day! It is now the 10th and my son has been left without an advent calendar! To add salt into injury, I have got an email from Royal Mail to say they are still waiting for the parcel to arrive to them SO THEY HAVEN’T EVEN POSTED IT YET!!!! DISGRACEFUL! I would definitely steer clear of this company at all costs, I definitely will be from now on!
I ordered an item that was "in stock," and received an email saying it was dispatched the following day. 2 weeks later I am being told that they haven't even received their stock for pre releases (this was an advent calendar and today is the 10th of December so I'm not sure when they think advent calendars go on sale?) This item has been available for weeks. What a scam.
I’ve always had great service from Pop in a Box that’s why I always return to them to purchase items , kept constantly updated if you pre order something and items are always packaged well and delivery times are spot on There’s always great offers on too as I’ve purchased 2 pops for £8 …. Amazing especially the Jackie Kennedy one I bought last night as I was named after the First Lady so I’m over the moon to be able to purchase that one alone I’ve Also pre ordered a Stranger things one and it’s expected to be in stock sooner than first stated so I’m delighted as it’s a gift for my grandson for Xmas and it’s in stock earlier now so I should have it for then Faultless service and well worth 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Placed 2 orders, advised 2-3 days delivery 7 days later Royal Mail still hasn’t received. Contact this company to say they wasn’t interested is an understatement. 2 weeks later still no further along, 3-4 emails a day saying do you want a refund I say yes they reply we are reissuing them items. Then another items re sent showing half the order, email them where is all the order, reply back do you want a refund yes then reply we will process your order. Ask them directly they say thankYou for your cooperation. And the 2nd lot dispatched still waiting again Royal Mail still haven’t received them.Update: offered credit!! I would never order from this fraudulent company again after seeing the many reviews that this is a regular thing for them
