Most unreliable company ever.

Worst company ever.Out of 6 orders 3 were cancelled and the others are continually being delayed. Worse thing is that due to them taking so long, i now can only find at inflated prices, im expecting the rest to be cancelled before long. Absolute joke of a company, why sell stuff on pre order if you can fulfill those orders.It leaves the customer out of pocket when they have sold out elsewhere so you have to pay the inflated prices.If you want your pops then go elsewhere or risk not getting them at all.I will go elsewhere in future to avoid missing out.....

What's the point of a pre-order?

I pre-ordered 4 items from them 9 months ago and have been informed one by one that they will not be able to meet the order.Absolute joke of a company.When I tried to discuss this with them I received a generic template of an apology letter (they clearly must be used to sending those out!) And then was not able to reopen the dialogue with them.Overall I would avoid this company at all costs if you can help it.

Preorder dates subject to change

Preorders can be subject to a lot of delays - and my preorder was ultimately cancelled after about a year and half. It was disappointing that the order wasn't fulfilled after such a long time of waiting, but support were pretty helpful hence the 3 stars.

I'm still awaiting an order I placed…

I'm still awaiting an order I placed last month and starting to stress as its Xmas gifts. I had multiple items and only received one! Can someone help me!? Website is so bad. Keeps crashing and won't let me sign in to track order, but telling me it was dispatched 25th Nov. I need assistance please.

Terribly Disappointing

Terribly Disappointing Popinabox was always my go to website for preferring Funko pops and had several on preorder. Then I received multiple emails Dayi g most of my preorders are cancelled and I won’t receive. Had over 10 orders cancelled and now I can’t get the pops anywhere. So disappointing Included 1 order number below but there are many

Order lost and no replacement

Ordered two funko advent calendars and a couple funko pops on the 24th of November. Waited patiently as knew their were Royal Mail strikes that would delay my order. After 8 days of my order showing as waiting to be sent to royal mail on the tracking site, I thought this can't still be strike delays so contact via live support. Am told order has been lost and there's no advent calendars left in stock so they can't resend my order. Kids absolutely gutted and now too late to find replacements elsewhere. Awaiting a refund but could have done with this being spotted by them earlier in the week so I had a chance to buy from elsewhere.Very disappointed and kids really upset. Might be an idea to keep a few held back to use as replacements if you're planning on losing people's orders.

I ordered some funko from them and been trying to get in contact with them for around 3 days. I opened a messaging group with them, someone replied once but never again. But today Shaun C (from the message team) messaged me, unlike the others he kept the conversation going. He explained to me my issue, told me how he’s going to help. And he put my message through. It’s my first time ordering from them and they sent the product out asap which is great. So, once again Shaun C was great help and had a better performance than the other workers.
