Waste of time

Waited nearly two week for the item to be delivered with the tracking saying that it was on its way to royal mail. I chased up pop in a box to find that there was a problem at the warehouse so the order had been stopped. But yet they never contacted to tell me this. I fully believe they sell stock that they don't have as this is not the first issue I have had with them

Don't bother to let you know what's going on until you contact them!

Bought a funko pop advent Callander for my daughter which hasn't turned up even after receiving a mail collection notice from them. When I asked today when I should expect it they have replied that they are out of stock! despite the fact that they reduced the item further after I purchased it while still saying it was in stock.no contact from them to say it wasn't coming at all! My daughter is very upset, I will not be buying again from them!

Terrible service

I ordered a loungefly bag for a present for my daughter in law on Sunday 27th November. Given tracking info through Royal Mail who say they are waiting for parcel from sender. Unable to contact via phone and live chat. Email received saying they will 'look into' why I haven't received.Totally disappointed in this company! Won't use again, won't recommend them to anyone else either. Will be seeking a refund ASAP so I can at least purchase form a different company who WILL send the bag!!!

I have not received my orders and i go on holiday on Thursday, these are christmas gifts sent via royal mail and no updates on items. Bit worried i wont get them before i travel......

Was sent the incorrect item and to send it back to get the correct product was a terrible experience which is still not resolved. No way to contact other than email or chat which they keep constantly kicking me out of. Would never use again, awful.

I managed to get 1 pop I liked

I managed to get 1 pop I liked, but all others were out of stock. Also, when I pressed the thumbs up on items I liked , I thought there would be a liked section to find them in later on, like every other site. But there wasn’t. I did however have a 20% off that I received for my birthday.
