Would give 0 stars if I could. Had the same problem I've seen people on here complaining about preorder in August for a December release was told in October it would be delayed till January then got a message today saying the order was cancelled because the were out of those pops. How was I a preorder then? Bunch of cons and thrives
Very similar to most people on here. I have made 3 pre-orders from this site, all three have been cancelled at various stages. The latest one I ordered in June this year, only to be told just now that they have cancelled the order as the pops are no longer available. Will certainly not be using this website any longer and I don’t recommend them to anybody unless you wish to make orders and wait for items to never even be sent to you.
I pre-ordered two pops. One of them arrived eventually, but the other one had me waiting for nearly 2 YEARS until I got an email saying 'some or all of your orders have been cancelled due to the product no longer being available'. I understand that the number of pops in supply might not be in their control, but I simply can't give higher than 2 stars for my bad experience.
