Pop In A Box - cancelled all my previous orders without giving any reasons. Dispatched items were not on time and I could not tell when they were actually coming. And one item never arrived though they claimed it was delivered on their end and I never got my refund back. Please do not buy from them. They don't live up to their promises.
I made a Pre order for a POP and told a few friends about it as we have similar interests. They all preordered days after me and got their funkos a few weeks later. I had an email 2 months later saying I was being refunded due to lack of stock.pre order 433118289
been waiting over a year for a refund and every time I message them I get the same answer "we have sent it to our finance team then I get no response email them again and get the same response like they are not even looking at my message
