My girlfriend has made about 4 purchases from this company over the last 2 years. Mainly birthday presents. Not a single one arrived. Even something she PRE-ORDERED was cancelled because they didn’t have stock 2 months after it had released. Been waiting since April 18th for a pop to arrive to be told a week ago…..it’s out of stock. An embarrassing excuse for a company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

Never ever purchasing through this…

Never ever purchasing through this company again. I pre-ordered a pop funko in September as a Christmas present which was being released in November, which I thought would give me loads of time for Christmas. I had seen the same funko pop in several shops and was tempted to buy it because I had a bad feeling about the company I had ordered through but I thought I would give them a little longer so left it another couple weeks. On the 20th November I still hadn’t had an update regarding my order, I contacted them to ask for an update and was told my order would be delivered between 29th and 30th of November…I still hadn’t received anything nor had I been sent a despatch email, so I checked my account to see that it had been cancelled. This so called company didn’t even contact me to let me know that the order I had made 2 months prior had been cancelled. Especially considering the fact that a week before they had confirmed that it was being delivered. Every shop is now out of stock of this product so I can now no longer get this as a Christmas present which is extremely disappointing and frustrating, I knew this product would be in high demand hence why I pre-ordered it 2 months before it had been released, yet here I am still unable to get it. Not only did the company let me down with this product but It stopped me from buying it elsewhere whilst I had the chance. If they had the decency to let me know that they could not follow through with the service I could have bought it at another store and wouldn’t be in this situation. I asked them about a refund and was told that it would reach my account by Thursday last week (1st December) I’ve messaged them in the app and have sent them an email to state that I still haven’t received my refund and now suddenly they are no longer replying. Surprise surprise!! PLEASE do not use this company as they will take your money without giving you the product and will then ignore your request for a refund. Absolutely appalling service. Yet they are still bombarding my inbox with promotional updates and advertisements for their products. After reading the other reviews it seems other people have had similar experiences with pre orders. I completely understand that sometimes things go out of stock or are unable to be obtained due to other factors but this seems to be a common issue so going forward if this company is that unreliable that they cannot come through with orders then they should stop allowing people to pre-order products that they don’t even have available yet, not to mention the lack of response when a refund is requested! In all honestly it seems dodgy and like a scam.

Useless

Ordered an advent calendar for our 6 year old, with enough time for even the longest standard delivery. Still not even been given to Royal Mail but they’re quick to blame them for striking. They haven’t even given it to a courier but have had my money for 10 days. Obviously it’s now the 5th December so our child didn’t get to have the advent calendar he asked for. I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star, better sticking to reliable companies, won’t make the same mistake again. I would have driven to collect it but their customer service is non existent. They are selling items they don’t actually have in stock clearly

Extremely Poor Service

Ordered an Advent calendar online. 14 days later no where to be seen. Emailed customer services and just got an automated response. Currently trying to claim my money back via PayPal.Would not recommend this company.

Ordered 26/11/22 order was no dispatched many attempts to get advice customer service agents don’t really care. Blaming Royal Mail when it hasn’t even been sent to them. Advised another two time it was dispatched again is wasn’t. They lie constantly to keep your money and not send items. Disgusting behaviour just before Christmas, all items are now sold out so probably over sold. Offer credit I would not buy from these ever again

Not received items, tracking with Royal Mail says it’s waiting to be received from retailer, ordered on 25/11 and still nothing. Was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter but hasn’t and won’t arrive in time. Usually delivery is quite fast but would recommend using another company for deliveries instead of Royal Mail when they’re striking as this is putting me off ordering again in future and this is the only company I buy Funko Pops from as they have lots of offers and deals.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have used this company for YEARS! At for the first few years all was good and had no issues. For the past 2 years their delivery service and orders have been abysmal. If you want to place an order then be warned if you place it in December 2022 then you'll probably get your new pop by Decemeber 2023. They cancelled hundreds of pounds of my orders and I got 0 COMPENSATION or even any sorry for it. Therefore I cancelled whatever orders I had left (bearing in mind each order had like 13 pops in and about 11 from each order got cancelled.) This company has so many red flags as people in other pop groups would know.If you are a proper collector then you should avoid this group with a 100ft bargepole. We all know they are part of the Hut group and know how bad they can be at times. It wouldn't surprise me if Pop in a Box eventually go under due to all of their issues regarding hundreds of customers orders which have been cancelled. BE WARNED AT YOUR OWN PERIL A FELLOW PIAB BUYER.

Made a pre order in June for a pop…

Made a pre order in June for a pop release in November, November rolls around and I don’t hear anything. That’s fine sometimes things happen, check the website to see if the release has moved and the pop is magically out of stock. So I contacted customer services, got a template reply of release dates changing, and how it’s out of their control, blah blah blah, trying to make me feel guilty for chasing up my order. Lo and behold less than a week later I get an email about my order being cancelled due to the item no longer being available. Sorry but if I preorder in JUNE for a NOVEMBER release you should have the stock in to fulfil my order, you’ve known about it for long enough.
