Currently building a collection

Currently building a collection, majority of my pops are from pop in a box, have always been happy with purchase, true genuine pops. On 2 occasions had purchased pops, one was scratched on the inside of plastic (visible) another one the pop was out of place. Most of what I would like are out of stock also. Otherwise satisfied and I'll continue to shop. 😊

Never shipped anything

Never shipped anything, while taken my money. Customer service is absolutely the worst. Waiting for over a month to get a reply. All they do is delaying. Order status when I ordered said immediately shipped, though they never shipped anything at all. They are also not willing to give my money back
