I ended up cancelling my pre order after 4 months of waiting for it as they oversold the product. Before I cancelled, they offered a free pop to make up for the massive delay, ruining a birthday gift, and just their massive screw up. I never received it. I’m honestly disappointed because I love collecting pops and so does the person I bought the gift for. I would not recommend pre ordering from them ever!
I'll admit, the subscription orders were disappointing, as the 4 pops I received from a 2 Pop! Disney Sub and a 2 Pop! EXC sub; 2 Pops arrived Damaged, and then when the Disney box showed up they were in good condition, but I received a duplicate from the EXC box.HOWEVER, customer service has been amazing in helping me out and I really appreciate getting it all sorted.
Terrible service and staff are useless when supporting with issues, I placed an order nearly a week ago and it still hasn't been dispatched and when I ask for help they don't provide any! I feel that information on site for delivery is misleading DO NOT ORDER AS COULD LEAD TO DISAPPOINTMENT!I have been contacted by a member of staff and been told the item is out of stock. When I have gone to place an order again the price has gone up for an item so feel that this is why my item hasn't been sent LIES also now contacted consumers rights to get involved and provided all the information I have.Now been nearly 3 weeks and the items I ordered have not arrived and tracking is still showing that Evri has not received the items.Even the customer relations team lies 🤥
