I ordered 3 sodas and was charged for all 3. I received one single soda and was told the others were canceled. Now I'm hoping everything is taken care of. I thank your worker Callum for helping me try to get this settled with either my 2 missing sodas or a refund for them. He's been in steady contact with me since I opened the box 2 days ago.
WARNING!!! Do not buy from PIAB!! You will regret it!They have "pricing glitches" and will just up and cancel your order with no notice and not even give you a chance to pay the "correct" price. They also take forever to get preorders and a lot of times just end up canceling them. Their customer service is horrible!! I have learned my lesson!Update: they would not let me cancel one of my pre-orders. Then a couple days later, they send me a message saying they were out of stock and canceled it. Horrible company, just horrible.2nd update: I asked for a supervisor to contact me and after a week no one has contacted me. I keep getting a response that they will contact me in two days. It's been over a week now.
