Avoid Avoid AvoidUseless company out of many orders that i have made over a year ago, i have found none of the orders actually arrive on the date set, most are at least 6 to 9 months late and around 30% never arrive, they send a generic email stating they are no longer getting the required stock so are cancelling the order, by the time you get the email its months after the figure has been released so you then have to pay an inflated price on the secondary market to add it to your collection.I've given them so many chances from 2 separate accounts and they let you down 90% of the time, they may be cheaper than others, however the customer service and experience is so bad i will never use them again.
Purchased 3 Witcher related Pop Figures, 26th April 2022 that were all 'In-Stock' at the time of purchase. 3 Live Chats to find where my order was and 6 months later I hit my limit and cancelled the order. Live chats 'Promised' that the order would be dispatched on 22nd September - No correspondence to say more delays, just silence. Shocking customer service that I will never use again. Both Forbidden Planet and Worlds Apart had pretty strong negative opinions about Pop in a Box and rightfully so - Save yourself the bother and buy for the same price in-store. Avoid this joke of a site.
Taylor was very helpful today, unfortunately we couldn't trace my delivery as this was 2nd one that was sent out, however he was very apologetic and quick to issue a refund, really upset not to be getting my daughters presents, I'm afraid this experience will force me to look elsewhere now. AVOIDI preordered a HunterXHunter figure more than one year ago, on 31/05/2021. I have received four emails postponing the delivery date, the last one changing it to August 2022, but again, it will keep getting postponed.I opened a ticket months ago and all I got was basically a "oops sorry, no stock". I PRE-ORDERED ON DAY ONE, YOU TOOK MY MONEY AND MY TIME, AND NOW THEY HAVE BEEN ONE YEAR LAUGHING AT ME.Completely unprofessional, avoid at all cost.Updated edit (I will leave my initial review and change the stars from 1 to 3): they did really help me an the order is distpatched, so they managed my complain well. Now, I change my rating because it might have been something that occurs rarely, so I consider it would be unfair, considering that things were managed properly.As a recommendation, be honest with the client since day one regarding your items stocks (more if it is a pre-order), give them the more relevant info about it so the client can choose if he wants to cancel the order or wait until the next stock arrives.
