Review Time
Made a pre-order on 27/03/2021 for an August release. Never arrived. Only recently got an e-mail that it is now cancelled. They offered me 20% off my next order. You couldn't even fulfil this order ! Let alone any others. Unacceptable. I can see from reviews that this is a common theme.
I needed help on an issue and customer services were more than happy to help me. The agent I spoke to was more than happy to help me with my issue and resolved it both quickly and efficiently. I definitely had a good experience.
All of my orders took over 10 months to receive if not over a year!! I still have a handful I’m waiting for from April 2021 and multiple that have been cancelled along the way. Really not a great system and I think they over sell product they don’t have and can’t meet the orders. If you’re willing to wait it might be worth it but I won’t be ordering here again to wait months and have something cancelled in the end.
