Love their items and love collecting Funko Pops but sadly their packaging is some of the worst out there..... extremely disappointing for a company that specializes in products that need to arrive in mint condition. And don't try & blame the post office or courier... it is their poor (cost-saving) packaging that is so shocking. Really sad to see.
Scam!!! First time pre-order through them in July. Received update on order in September, informing items released date is on December. Received email on 23rd Nov the pre-orders has been cancelled due to product being no longer available. But other websites/stores are stocking these items. Never again ordering through them…Bad decision. Waiting for refund.
The delivery is quite expensive considering you never receive your pop on Time. It’s £3.99 for 2-3 day shipping and I tend to get mine in 5-7 days. The pre-order release dates are completely inconsistent. I pre-ordered a pop in October that was supposed to arrive in April, then the date got changed to June, I still haven’t received it and the release date hasn’t been updated. Then when pops finally do arrives they often arrived damaged, the boxes will have dents and scratches in. Considering these are collector’s items the condition of all aspects of the pop, including it’s box, are very important to the buyer and therefore it’s quite annoying when it arrives damaged.
