I’d like to give zero stars but it isn’t an option. An absolute joke of a company, avoid them at all costs!! I order a pop in March of last year and it is yet to appear. When you get and contact them they are no help at all. Happy to take your money but don’t deliver what they promise. Beyond angry at the service I’ve received, I would tell anyone thinking of ordering from them to not bother
Absolute joke. They gave me credit after last minute canceling an order for Christmas. So I ordered an instock pop in January. After a few weeks they said, sorry we're waiting for stock. It was supposed to be in stock, after my previous experience I made sure I only bought instock. They took my money. Now in May, they have cancelled my order. And given me a discount code for 20% off, it gave me £0.40 off on a £24,- order. Please save yourself the disappointment. AVOID!!
Amazing selection. And definitely the cheapest. But I just waited 15 months for a pre order I should have had within 3. And it happens consistently. They constantly oversell and can’t deliver so one of the ‘in stock’ pops I ordered 6 months ago, which they over sold, is out of stock and I’m waiting until they get it back until I can have it. They’re great if you’re willing to wait a year.
You always seem to be the last to release your preordered funko pops. I've seen pop figures that I've preordered through yourselves to guarantee I get one, on shop shelves while I still wait months to receive mine. I've also had a preordered funko pop cancelled with no real explanation which was very disappointing as now I can't get one anywhere else.I've really been put off pre ordering anymore funko pops from your site as I know I can get them quicker and guaranteed from either shops or other sites. I am also very tempted to cancel any ones I'm still waiting on as can get them now on shelves without having to wait months to get them as you just can't guarantee I'll actually ever receive them
Ordered a set of 3 as a birthday gift. Received a single pop, contacted via message, after 3 different people finally got a 'shall resend item'. Finally received the second delivery for it to be the same single item received first time. After complaining told might be a item number fault and can get back to them at the weekend to see if it's been sorted before having 3 set originally ordered sent to me. It has been 2 weeks since I first ordered the set of 3. I don't have the time before the birthday to wait to see if problem sorted. Asked for full refund instead and will purchase elsewhere. Now to see if I get the refund sent me!
