Some of the pops I was looking for are out of stock and I don’t think I saw anything saying whether they’d be back or not and it’d be useful to see

awful service and delivery

Ordered a pop and they charged 3.99 for delivery and it said 2-3 days and its been almost 16 days and still no pop... its been dispatched and has not yet been delivered. Wanted at least a delivery refund and have not received any proper help, order somewhere else! Im sticking to ebay next time.

Their pre-order model is joke

Their pre-order model is joke. No matter how early I put my order in they barely ever arrive then you will see them relist the item on the website even though I still haven't received the item I had asked for. I ordered an item in July of last year!

Customer service is a bit iffy but great place for pops fast efficient some do have damage though but very reasonable and reliable I’d give them a 4.6 if I could

Items Never Arrived

Placed my order in December and still haven’t arrived 4 months later. Was told that these hadn’t been released yet however these were in my local shops. Cancelled order and went with a more reputable company.
