I was soo happy with my first subscription I got two excellent exclusives from the Disney line that I’ve been after for such a long time Alice with flowers and the popinabox 101 Dalmatian’s amazing can’t wait to see what I get next mth also the box came packaged really well the pops in mint condition well done I highly recommend x
I ordered four pops nearly 2 years ago three of them over time arrived, one of them still hasn't. I sent them a message through their website in January and no response I also messaged their advisers last year and told it will be in stock soon. I cancelled that pop with them last week but still haven't received a refund which is disgraceful. I also raised a complaint last week and no one has been in touch with me from the customer relations team. Lastly, I also told them my email had been hacked and asked to change it to a new one and provided all of my security information they said they'll get that raised and it still hasn't been done. I've just spoken with an agent who confirmed the last agent basically didn't action any of my requests. Extremely poor serviceUPDATEHad a reply from a member of staff on trustpilot so went onto livechat to arrange for her to contact me and spoke with a member of staff that had no clue what they were doing and made me repeat myself 3 times and was no help so have had to come here. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. To anyone contemplating buying ‘pre-order’ items from them, reconsider! I have orders that are over a year old that I’m still waiting for. The fact that this company allows for pre-orders of an item before they even get their stock numbers is an absolute joke and they should be ashamed of themselves. One of my orders with 3 pop vinyls I’m still waiting for have been available for pre-order 3 TIMES since I first placed my order back in February 2021, how can a company do this when there are still consumers waiting for their orders of the same item???! You should be ashamed of yourself. I won’t be buying from you again
Bought 10 funkos for my sons birthday. Paid next day delivery.Only 2 arrivedWhen I emailed customer service they provided me with 2 tracking numbers for the other 8 pops - some are in the USA Hopefully I recieve them.Unfortunately my son has nothing for his birthday tomorrow
