Utter Disappointment

I ordered 2 pop figures on pre order last year and they still haven't arrived and my order just keeps saying processing but when i go into each item its says they are out of stock.Thought this was a great website at first,My opinion is very different now

Don’t use, you’ve been warned.

Awful company, been waiting over a year for pop and when I try and contact the “customer service” team, I get the generic company talk asking do i still want my order or not, no date or window as to when I’ll get it.Have nothing but issues with this company, PLEASE DON’T USE!!! I cannot warn you enough. Items come badly packaged and often damage as they come form the states with nothing in the box to protect the box.

Absolutely dreadful customer service

Absolutely dreadful customer service, I would never look to use Pop In A Box again. I've been a customer for a fair few years and the service is absolutely shocking. I had to cancel one item that I pre ordered last year because you failed to deliver it.I ordered two pops in January 2022 and was told they would be dispatched end of the month. This end of the month took me until the end of March where I was then told that they were out of stock. I'm still unsure how they can be out of stock when I pre-ordered them months ahead of time.The customer service from PIAB was dreadful, just kept fobbing me off saying they'll be dispatched soon and no one seemed to care that I had ordered these but they then went out of stock. I have been speaking to people in the Funko Pop community and now understand that quite a few people have stopped using PIAB due to the dreadful service.**Edited to add, I can't reply to PIAB response below, but I have not been sent a message on my account.

Orders will never turn up

Preordered a Christmas present in December to be told it would be dispatched in February. Still didn't receive so messaged them after this date and they said it will be dispatched on 18-04-2022. Message them again today (19-04-2022) and still no sign of stock. My sister has been waiting ages for this to come. No communication what so ever. Scam of a company. Don't order from this place. Have now cancelled my order. Edit: you're not sorry otherwise something would've been done about it, and I actually resolved it by cancelling it.

Don't waste your time.

I cannot understand why they accept orders when they don't know if/when they can get it from their supplier. I had been waiting 7 months with no explanation/apology/offer of compensation before I cancelled my order. I will avoid from now on.
