It was ok getting the pops maybe bit of a inflation but ok the only thing I didn’t like was that I was going to get another pop but I looked the next day it was immediately gone no warning no nothing so maybe you couldn’t implement a feature we’re you can see how long until there sold out or how long you have left based on the recent frequency of purchases

Items sent to wrong adress

I placed an order for my sons favourite OverWatch character in March (Moira)... i am still without any item or refund or any support. Once my payement was made for some reason PopinaBox had changed my delivery address therefore i was never going to recieve my Item. When i tried to contact customer service they pretty much told me its not there problem and i have to sort it out with the address it was delievered to. Very sad situation as my son Loves OverWatch and with the new game coming out in a few months he was looking to start his OverWatch FunkoPop collection from this website, but after this sort of customer service i am not too sure if i will be back for more Items when the new game releases. Not even an offer for a discount to buy the Item again for my Son.

Avoid pre orders

I ordered a funko pop virat kohli last year september and hasnt arrived, i cancelled my pre order and still havent received my refundNever order from this crap companyThey are very quick to take your money and now realised i may have to wait another 6 months to get a refund..

Awful service for preorders.

Ordered a squid game funko back in november/october time, thinking it would be dispatched and with my for christmas, as the release date was supposedly december. Its now April. My order still hasn't arrived. Judging by other reviews, they clearly have a poor system when it comes to managing the amount of preorders placed. The funko pop in question is now out of stock on the website, and the order status is just "processing". I recived an email a month ago saying they were handling the order with urgency. I have just sent an email asking about this, I may update when I get a reply.

Very poor service

Very poor service. Placed an order in Oct 2020 (18 months ago). Have constantly chased the orders, some items received and for others just told "waiting for stock". Refund should have been issued by now. Terrible. Won't be buying any more from them.
