Review Time
Pre-ordered some figures over 6 weeks BEFORE the release date, only to find on the release date they were then "Sold out" immediately. I have received an email saying they are "on their way" but after speaking to customer services live chat have now discovered they aren't on their way, they have no stock and have no idea when they will re-stock. Looking at many other reviews on this site, they seem to be a company that is happy to take payment for pre-order items when they know full well they won't have the stock to fulfill that number of pre-orders. Terrible company that i would never use again, particularly when they must be aware that most of their products are for children, who are looking forward to (but will never actually receive) their gifts.
Pre-ordered 5 months in advance and my order was never fulfilled. I noticed the pop I pre-ordered was in stock for a day or so after the release date, and assumed my order would be filled soon, yet that never happened. Now after waiting for 5 plus months, I am canceling my order since there is no expected re-stock date. This was my first time using the site and I will never again.
My first time visiting this site. I found the whole process quick and easy. Have been looking for a particular pop for my son’s birthday , found it straight away I ordered and paid for it in no time at all Will be ordering again very soon. 😃
Shocking !! I placed an order for two items in stock.I received one item like they said within 2-3 days. They part shipped them, I messaged customer service only then to be told the second item was shipping from America. I still haven’t received it !! Don’t say it’s in stock when it isn’t !!
Gave 4 stars as pop in a box is a good shop with great products and great customer service. However they lost a star as they are terrible with pre-orders which isn't always within their control but they sell more than they will get in leaving you waiting for way longer than you should. I would highly recommend apart from if it is a pre-order.
I placed the order while a deal was on which said spend £30 and get a free gift , which i did but after i placed my order and didn't get a free gift. When i asked why I'm not getting the free gift they said i get free delivery; which made me wonder why i was not given the option to select the gift instead but it automatically just gave free delivery as one item stated it come with free delivery when purchased. Apart from that the pops came delivered in good condition
