My husband and his friend have been to all the shows that have come to New Zealand. They really enjoy them and want to thank Ticketek for letting us know when they are on.We also got tickets for our son Marcus to go to in Napier and he really enjoyed as well
I have been trying to organise a refund due to us no longer being able to go to a show and they won't give me one despite buying refundable tickets! I have a problem with how invasive their questions are and asking to provide evidence on why someone can no longer attend. I need to find out how to take this matter further. I believe a ticketing agent should not be asking such personal questions!!
