Dreadful experience

Dreadful experience. Listed Bryan Adams tickets for Chch. Should have gone with TradeMe or the likes and bitterly regretted it. Tickets went into the ether. Sale mentioned but zero communication despite requests and no money either. Money turned to dust. Consider this a warning: Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Really poor service

Really poor service, lack of adequate communication and no consideration for their customers. At this time I am unable to get a refund through the app as it isn't working. Cancelling the light trail a few hours before our visit is very poor organisation.

Attempted to purchase tickets for…

Attempted to purchase tickets for Belton Woods light experience for Christmas. Message on website said payment failed. Attempted again. Same message. No email. Tried different card and completed transaction . Received ticket confirmation. Was very surprised to see the two previous transactions of £132.50 each has been taken put of account.! Emailed customer support, disputed payment with bank and eventually £132.50 was refunded. Dispute bank statement proof sent and acknowledgement from "Brook' that the rest I'd the refund would come in under 7 days still no resolution. This has been going on far too long. No phone number to talk to anyone. Disgraceful. Want to take this further but stuck! Ticketek have £132.50 of my money!!!

ADVOID AT ALL COSTS!

ADVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Will never use again! Booked tickets to see busted vs mcfly for London o2. They took my money and never sent me out a confirmation email and tickets didn’t show under my orders! No response from them at all after contacting them by the online form, email and all social media’s they have. Luckily I got a refund and managed to get tickets somewhere else! ADVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible company.

Terrible company.No confirmation email when booking tickets and the website crashed meaning I ended up being charged twice which had nothing to do with me. Then wouldn’t give a refund for the extra tickets despite it being their website that had issues and they didn’t send confirmation by email or otherwise as stated in the terms and conditions.Now I’m having to sell the extra tickets and have managed to sell 3/5 but the other two haven’t been provided to me and do not exist in my account.Customer service is outsourced and atrocious. Will never use this company again

Unable to book, system failure

The website does not work. I've had this problem before trying to book. I have gone though ghe whole process to book the seats and got through to payment. Soon I hit pay now, it times out. Then you don't know if you've been charged or not. Check to see if the chosen seats are booked or still available. Booked but open again past midnight. Have to make sure with bank no payment made, only to start again and the same happen. I feel sorry for the bands, because we like our friends just cannot actually book the tickets. NOT GOING TO BE Z SELL OUT THEN FOR BJORN AGAIN.

0 stars!!! Poor customer service and still no refund for a cancelled concert. Everyone else seems to have gotten thier refund for the same concert.They keep giving the same bs about it being processed by the financial team and that it will be in the account within 10 working days. I've been getting this for the last 3 weeks

Pathetic organisation

Pathetic organisation. Tried to buy tickets on the computer and on the phone at the same time. My password was not accepted so changed it and that wasn't accepted. Got cut off after 5 minutes on the phone, the second time after 11 minutes. After 30 minutes as number 3 in the queue gave up. Have they only got one person manning the phones. Am currently waiting 10 minutes to be answered to lay a complaint. Had to rate them 1 star because there is no zero star icon!Third world service!
