Poor handling of tickets/refunds

Poor handling of tickets/refunds. No way to sell tickets, no way to get refund despite my father passing away and needing the money. Cold communication.

Did not recieve tickets

I bought tickets for an event and they were never delivered. I have requested a refund but having read reviews I don't hold out much hope so will have to claim money back through my Credit Card. Is that STAR membership they are supposed to be a member of even legit?

Do not ever use this company!!!

Do not ever use this company!!! I purchased 2 tickets for The Overtones and they never sent the tickets. They do not answer their phones. They do not respond to emails. They have still not refunded my £98. This is shocking and daylight robbery. I am taking this matter further to recover my money.
