a pleasurable experience

Easy access to digital tickets; ground and seats. Staff were there to help if required. And there was plenty of food and drinks for the crowd. A pleasurable experience overall.

Love email confirmation

Love the email confirmation and attached tickets after purchase. I know there is a ticketec app for this purpose but it would be helpful to be able to share the qr code directly with my phone online wallet (google wallet) to help keep all my upcoming tickets in one place. Also, i would love to be able to send my kids their own qr code directly via messenger ot whatsapp (or text but this will cost) as we often end up at different gates at the stadium so it would be handy to share qr codes beforehand.

Love the new stand

Great atmosphere, loved the new stand. Only downside was that it wasn't obvious that you really did need to go in Gate 2 to access it. Messy access via Gate 3.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience, I had to click about 20 links and enter my details 5 times, so many authentication codes and texts and emails just to order tickets to the rugby, outdated and waste of time.Had to enter my address, date of birth, passport details, just to watch the rugby?! Felt like a scam, terrible mobile phone use.

The day of our teenagers birthday present this duopoloy provider of tickets could not even manage the simple job of keeping their service running. No comms via email, website messaging helpdesk saved phone message to manage the situation. Needless stress put on our family and many others. I do not understand why they are allowed to continue their cartel with ticketmaster. If you are an artist or own a venue DO NOT USE these people.
