Old lady at Chch office was so slow dealing with a customer who didn't know what show she wanted, what date or where she wanted to sit. After 10 mins I asked politely that I am in a major hurry & my transaction would be done in under a minute, can I be seen to while this lady decided. The only parking down there at Isaac Theatre Royal is 5 mins & a meter maid was about. But no, I was told rudely to wait my turn. Now while this lady was there before me, she was not in a queue & jumped in. I have never been so rudely dealt to or so slowly. This seller has no idea of reading the queue or customer service. PS I was a music promoter myself & would sack such a service.
The absolute worst company to ever deal with. Appalling customer service (non-existent basically). Terrible ticketing and app. Customer service reps who don't know their own processes and procedures. Not sure why any artist would partner with these guys.
Bought tickets in the Girls Aloud presale. The sale itself was an absolute disaster. Once I finally got through the waiting room, I ordered tickets, only to receive an error message about my payment. No confirmation email or any sign of the tickets, so I came to the logical conclusion that my payment hadn't been processed and I had not bought the tickets. My girlfriend then bought tickets as a result of this. We then discovered the payment had gone through, and we were now stuck with two extra tickets (£200 worth) which we do not want and are unable to sell back to Ticketek like you can do on Ticketmaster as they do not offer that very basic service.I emailed explaining the situation and requesting a refund for the two tickets as the mistake was caused by their error, and 8 days later I received a reply which completely ignored the content of my message, and instead said they were pleased to inform me that my payment went through successfully and telling me to enjoy the show!Absolute disgrace of a company, who not only can't get the basics right in terms of the sales, but then rip people off by refusing to refund people for their own mistakes.
Absolute rip off. Trying to charge 3 times the price of the tickets value. Reserved 4 tickets for Blue in Manchester for 320 GBP went to check out and they had put it up to £588, even though it was within the time given to order. Went to ticketmaster and got the same tickets for £253
