Review Time
I was trying to get 5 tickets for myself and my friends. At first, I proceeded to purchase mobile tickets, but after entering all member information and entering payment information, when I clicked the last button, for some reason I was already logged in, but I was prompted to log in. I entered my login information and clicked the login button then ”Your session has timed out” came up... I tried the same thing several times and all had the same result. I thought it might just be that I couldn't get mobile tickets, so I switched to ezyTicket and tried again. I also needed to enter information such as names and phone numbers for 5 people, but this time I was able to reach the end. However, when I opened the ezyTicket I received by email, all the tickets were in my name... What was that input for? I was surprised at how difficult it was to use. I hope that this site can be improved a bit more until next my purchase.
I ordered 2 tickets for Paw Patrol for 7th August. After placing the order then seeing the reviews, I felt concerned that I wouldn’t receive tickets. I contacted customer services about my concerns and they responded instantly. I received my mobile tickets within a couple of days. I also contacted Bonus Arena and they confirmed that Ticketet is a reputable company.
I was looking to purchase tickets for Martin Kemp 80's night at the Tramshed Cardiff. After Ticketmaster have said they are all sold, but just thought I would check Trustpilot to see what people are saying regarding Ticketek. Thank you very much for all your advice. I have not purchased tickets from Ticketek and will never in the future. Scam !!!
Would give 0 stars if I could as I see many others would as well. Still waiting for them to send my print at home tickets for Creed Bratton (a gig which has been rescheduled TWICE) since I ordered them in December 2020. Have asked them to send a refund if they do not provide the tickets in time. Do NOT order from Ticketek!!!
After reading the reviews after i had purchased tickets, i was initially a bit apprehensive. Though my event has just recently been cancelled, i have had very prompt responses from customer service regarding refunding and received my refund as promised today! Very happy with the service and would be happy to use for future events
If I could give zero I would. Bought two tickets for a show, the show was then a) had the date changed some 9 months differentb) one of the co-headliners dropped off the bill (the reason for the orginal purchase). At the time I took out a refund option in case *i myself* could not attend for any reason. BEcause of the above changes, I asked for a refund, but only got the price of the tickets back, not my refund protection, when I wasnt the one that changed my mind (!)Ticketek then blame the promotor and/or artist and take no accountability for this. If you arent involved, then what purpose do you have? Why can you levy "booking fees" etc if you are just a parasite? Useless service, wont use again.
