Review Time
Slight confusion on where to go once in the parking garage because the garage is used for many different businesses. Once we located them, they directed us to our spot and the line to get to the shuttle then ship went quickly. Our driver helped all of our family members and did our bags. We had a slightly longer wait time than we had preferred once returning but all in all it was a good company to go with. Reasonably priced too! Book sooner than later and you will score a better deal!
The garage is near to the cruise port. Because there were 9 cruise ships in port the day were were sailing it took 2 hours to get to the ship from the garage. The traffic was exceptionally heavy. Many people gave up and took a taxi to the port. Coming back the shuttle picked us up soon after we got to the curb so it took just a few minutes to get our car and head home.

Great Experience at all pointsNo problems with parking, company is organized and service is great. Shuttles are dependable, with friendly drivers. Just head out early when leaving the cruise because the port gets pretty packed with taxis and other shuttles. The drivers will orient you well on this.

Waiting inside the parking garage after parking our car, was a fiasco. When we entered the garage no one was there to tell us where to go, to pick up the van to the cruise dock. It was a scramble to get on. After the cruise we had to wait a very long time, again, for the van, with another scramble to get on. We will chose a different parking spot the next time. Thank you!!!!1
