Never Again

45 minutes in a line up to park followed by a 2 hour wait for a shuttle behind 100 others waiting is not acceptable. Park is 1 mile from the pier. It took us 3 hours from entering the garage to arriving at the pier. Never again.

This was the worst parking facility…would never use it again, complete waste of money.

This was the worst parking facility that we have ever used and we have cruised 20 times! We got there at 12:30 and got on the shuttle at 2:30. Also had to carry our luggage up 3 levels!!!
