Waiting inside the parking garage after parking our car, was a fiasco. When we entered the garage no one was there to tell us where to go, to pick up the van to the cruise dock. It was a scramble to get on. After the cruise we had to wait a very long time, again, for the van, with another scramble to get on. We will chose a different parking spot the next time. Thank you!!!!1
VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND FOR LACK OF SIGNAGE, ALL WENT WELL EXCEPT DRIVER DROPPED US OFF AT THE PORT WITHOUT A DOCUMENT WE WOULD NEED TO RETURN TO GET OUR CAR. HOWEVER, VICTOR TOOK IT IN STRIDE AND BROUGHT US BACK TO OUR VEHICLE. WELL WORTH THE PRICE AS WE PAID ABOUT $85 FOR A WEEK AND THIS PLACE NORMALLY CHARGES $288 FOR A WEEK. IT ALL WORKED OUT WELL AND PICKUPS AND DROP OFFS WENT TIMELY AND SMOOTHLY.
