Once we arrived at Primier Parking Garage, the parking of the auto and boarding the van was so efficient!!! No problems going or coming!!! Driver was respectful, helpful, mannerly and knowledgeable about Cruise Ship departures!! Also efficient in informing us about return information as it related to Premier!! Somewhat hard to find lot as it has moved from its previous location. Additionally, the pickup at the port was not well done. There is no 1 spot at Terminal C to wait for pickup. This means even if you arrived first for pickup if the van stops somewhere else, others that came later may get on the van and you may have to wait 20 minutes for the next one.Strong points: car is in enclosed garage not in open; prices are very reasonable; drivers are friendly and helpful.

Our experience was excellent for cost and service. However, the couple on the van with us waited for 40 minutes for the van to arrive. If we had to wait that long it would have been a 2 rating. 5 vans for 7 ships is not enough for good service.

Slight confusion on where to go once in the parking garage because the garage is used for many different businesses. Once we located them, they directed us to our spot and the line to get to the shuttle then ship went quickly. Our driver helped all of our family members and did our bags. We had a slightly longer wait time than we had preferred once returning but all in all it was a good company to go with. Reasonably priced too! Book sooner than later and you will score a better deal!
