I tried to recharge a wrong number, my mistake. I than they took 50euro from my account for a subscription too(wich i did't make). How is that possible to charge someone for a subscription on something that is not working and you know that? I wrote about 3 or 4 e-mails and they try to negotiate the refund, like is something to negotiate here. (last e-mail they said 20% refund :))
Worst cheaters in the market. Alowing to roload couple of £ from their system and dragging to a subscription which will be automatically become premium in 3 days ans you loose 49 £ instantly . They doesnt even care about UK general law of 14 day cooling off period.
NEVER USE THEIR SERVICE, unless you have money to waste for their unworthy subscription.
This is a scam. They stole £49 from my account. I do not know how I reached to pay them, as I opened a EE webpage to pay for a starting card and it seems the money went in Nicosia Cyprus to these scams. After they stole £15, two weeks later they stole £49.

I paid a prepaid mobile top-up of 5 euros and after 3 days I was charged with additional 50 euros by the same company, the only difference being that on the details of the transaction it was written Nicosia Cyprus.
Hopefully I will manage to decline the payment through my bank. My credit card had to be cancelled!

I purchased a £5 mobile top-up and was later charged £49 without my consent. This charge was not clearly explained or authorised at the time of purchase.
Since noticing the charge, I have tried every possible way to contact this company — email, phone, and online contact forms — and every attempt has been abortive. No response, no support, no resolution.
Taking £49 after a £5 top-up and then being completely unreachable is unacceptable and highly misleading. This company’s practices raise serious concerns, and I would strongly advise others to avoid using this service.
I strongly recommend against using this service. After topping up my daughter's phone with £10, they attempted to withdraw £49 from my account days later. Thankfully, my bank flagged it as fraudulent and blocked my card. Exercise extreme caution with this company. If my bank hadn't intervened, I might have remained unaware.
