Recharge.com never sent me the promised ATT prepaid phone card pin. Complaints got no response. They charged $49 for this 40$ digital card they never sent.Don’t buy from recharge.com. Since they are not in the BBB you have no recourse to get your money back. And, by the way, it turns out you can buy a 40$ email delivered phone card for 40$ from Target. No fees. They delivered it in four hours as promised.
I wish I could give then zero stars.I did a £5 recharge for EE phone on October 31 and today they deducted £49 from my bank account for some subscription service which I didn't sign up for. When I called their Customer Care service, they mentioned that I had signed up for their scubscription service and my trial period had expired. They didn't refund the money.Absolute SCAM. Avoid if you can
Bunch of scammersThought I was buying a legitimate ee £15 top up for my mom, then quickly realised it wasn’t genuine. My mom of course never received the top up and I’ve had to block them from the card I used in case they try to take further payments
