Prepaidmobilerecharge is a fraudulent company

I used prepaid mobile recharge online to recharge £4.99 on my Lebara sim. I did a one time transaction. I did not get any notification or email asking my consent for subscription or purchase of any services. Then on the 11th of October which is 2 weeks after, I was debited £49 on the card which I had used on the site. I immediately responded to a message from my bank saying fraud. Afterwards I called the customer care to say that I did not recognise the transaction as it was still showing pending. Unfortunately, my credit provider says that the payment will still go through regardless that I should contact the mobile recharge company. I called the customer service line for prepaid mobile but the agent was rude and was unable to give clear explanation as to the reasons for the dubious activity they are doing. She later hang up on me as I probed and questioned her. Please it is a fraudulent company, DO NOT USE! Please let us all report the site to the authorities in charge of customer protection.

If I could put zero Star rating I would…scam

If I could put zero Star rating I would have…. Absolute scam do not use them. My bank flagged up fraud on my bank account, refused them payment of £49. In the meantime, I have to wait for new bank card to be issued and received. I did not sign up for subscription.
