I only intended to make a €10 Vodafone prepaid recharge, but instead, they withdrew €49 from my account without my consent. Later, they claimed it was for a “subscription,” but I never subscribed to anything.I have tried to contact them for clarification and a refund, but their response has been unhelpful. This experience made me lose trust in their service. I strongly advise others to double-check their transactions and be careful when using this site for mobile recharges.I hope the company reviews its practices and improves its transparency with customers.
This is a scam website.Pay attention, all the positive reviews are bought. Single words and no contexts. They start charging £49 for the super secret members only club without notification even even if you checkout as a guest.You remember the Sopranos ingenious phone scam? Just like that
As with others, this appeared to be the EE top up service. I didn't receive a top up, then a few days later £49 was taken from my account, followed by an email saying they have received my subscription payment. I did NOT sign up to any subscription. I contacted them and they have said they have cancelled my 'membership' but will not refund me as the cancellation is after the '72 hours free trial'. I did not sign up for a free trial. Nothing on the website mentioned a subscription (which apparently gets you notifications on gift card offers, nothing else) or a free trial and it genuinely looked like an EE top up site using the EE logo.
Fraud 🚫🚫🚫🚫Be carefull guys, they took already many money from my bank account without my permission, 49€ each month, start from aug till now october!!!i went to my bank to report them and they must stop my card coz this is really serious fraud, many victims from them, we must go to the police too to report this fraud happend,. Absolute scammers. I bought a £10 voucher, and after a few days they took £49 from my bank account. They gave me some absurd reasons, claiming that I had agreed to some kind of subscription or membership. The terms are completely unclear, deliberately designed to trap as many people like me as possible and take their money afterwards. I have already reported them to consumer protection, and this is just the beginning. Don’t fall for it — it turns out I’m not the only one; there are plenty of others like me
I charged my 3 sim card with this website and they charged my £5 but later they secretly tried multiple times to charge £49 from my account but i kept my balance low thats why transactions didnt happen but they are trying every month £49. cheater scammer
