Review Time
I was charged €49 without permission after a €5 recharge!I recharged just €5 for a small service. Two days later, I was shocked to see that €49 was taken from my card without any notice, consent, or warning!I immediately contacted customer service, but even after 7 days, there is no proper response — only generic replies like “please wait 48–72 hours,” which are just delaying tactics.I did NOT subscribe to any paid plan and did NOT use the service after this charge.I am now filing a chargeback with my bank and reporting this to the consumer protection authority in my country. This is a dishonest and shady practice, and I strongly warn others to stay away from this service.
This is a fraudulent entity pretending to be affiliated with EE, registered in the U.S and operating from Nicosia. They advertise discounted mobile phone top-ups purely as a way to obtain your credit card details and then start bombarding your card with fraudulent £49.00 'subscription' charges. My card company immediately flagged their fraudulent activities and immediately reversed/refunded the payments they attempted to steal. Avoid this fraudulent outfit at ALL COSTS!
Be careful with this company! They are robbing people cheating and stealing your money! You enter to recharge 5-10 € maybe, and by accepting the terms and conditions from them to proceed to the payment link, you get cheated by accepting to pay a subscription that they write under lines without you can see, and they charge you 49€ for that subscription that you never asked for. Be careful don't use this RECHARGE PREPAID MOBILE NICOSIA.
