Review Time
I’ve been waiting since June for a response, if you post a review here, they respond asking to send them an e-mail, which is just a loss of time since they won’t get back at you. I bet this review will get the automatic response everyone gets as well…
Useless. If using the Mastercard/Visa logos it should available for use anywhere those are accepted. But, no my money was put on one of these and I can't use it in the stores I d like to and I'll lose money to transfer it. It's a compete waste of time and I'm really annoyed that I have basically "lost" money I earned.
I got a gift from my company and chose digital card. I was hoping to transfer the money to my Revolut account but it was refused as I could not verify the transaction. Then, due to too many tries my card access was blocked altogether.So, my experience was not a satisfactory up to now.
I see lot of bad reviews, but I’m going to share my experience using Prepaid Digital Solutions. I’ve got a virtual MasterCard from my company and I was not able to use the card on site where I was shopping and I wasn’t able to pay with the card on PayPal or to transfer funds. I’ve reached out to their support via email and live chat and they were helpful and pleasant. I’ve got email response within 24 hours and got connected to their agent on live chat within 5 minutes.In my case the transactions were declined because the store where I was shopping was marking the purchase as recurring one. It seems that you cannot use their card for any recurring payments.I’ve successfully added the card on PayPal, but got response from their support that it cannot be used on PayPal and similar wallets since the card is not reloadable. Anyway, was disappointed with usability of the card, but their support was helpful and fast. Ended up buying Amazon gift card with their prepaid MasterCard. That transaction went without any issues.
Wrost, useless and it might be a fraud company, because of I connected them via phone and send a email somany times, it is already gone 2 months, but still the date I am waiting for activation email to use my Visa HDFC EbixCash card. Everyone playing with us like a football.
I received a 25 USD gift card for answering a survey. It's practically worthless though because this virtual payment card isn't accepted ANYWHERE. I have tried various places to buy either digital or physical goods but no merchant (ie. Playstation Store or Amazon) is accepting it as a payment.So, I contacted the customer support and received a timely answer but it was generic copy & paste answer that didn't even answer directly my original question.I think I'll have this 25 USD stored on the card until it expires because the card is unusable. Great! I hope I'll never receive a gift card to this company ever again. Awful experience!
