These very smart people (sike) issued me a prepaid debit…

These challenged people issued me a prepaid debit card with the currency being locked in GBP BRITISH POUNDS. I LIVE IN CALIFORNIA USA. JENNIFER FROM the support chat is obviously missing a hemisphere and is of no help. Her prepaiddigitalSOLUTION was for me to use the card in the uk to "buy things" or use it online. She lacks the ability to go beyond concrete thinking and was unable to comprehend that i have a USA Address so buying things is practically impossible and that's as far as she was willing to go to help me. I just ended up cashing the whole thing (500£) out at an online casino called pulsz.com. Jennifer should not be allowed to touch a computer.

Suspicious scamming site

Scammers. I've done sooo many surveys in the past and have redeemed some of your prepaid cards on RewardXp. Not ONCE did they ask me for identification like my driver's license or passport. I redeemed a $20 CAD prepaid card on Web Perspectives and they're suddenly asking for my driver's license? Yea no. Why would I give out personal info for money that I've earned myself? What a waste of $20 bucks.

Great customer service

I was sent a token for completing a survey. When I clicked on the link to prepaiddigitalsolutions, the card turned out to be in Euros! After alerting the company about the error, it was corrected in due course. Good results.

I would of given them 0 stars if possible, worst customer service and my opinion echo others can’t get hold of the money. Going back to talk talk to change voucher

Thieves with poor customer service.

This company keeps refunds that are issued to cards. They first claim that it's a problem with the vendor, then claim that they "see the refund, but can need 120 days for a dispute." I talked to a customer service agent and her exact words were, "I see the refund on our side, but you will need to dispute this as a chargeback." Absolutely abysmal conflict resolution and quite literally steals money from users receiving refunds on prepaid cards.

I strongly recommend to stay away from…

I strongly recommend to stay away from this company. When there is a problem, they do not have able to understand and resolve the issue. Supervisors are not available.I lost money due their lack of knowledge and ability to resolve simple issue.STAY AWAY FROM THEM.Andrzej

Useless if you want to use anywhere other than online…

Having decided to take a reward earned through work as prepaid cards, I didn't realise how useless they are when issued through prepaid digital solutions. All I wanted was to transfer the amount to Revolut and this is not allowed. Therefore have 2 digital prepaid cards in my wallet that I can't use as I can't add to my Google Wallet the only option I have is to buy it's online that are less than or add up to my prepaid card balance. Rubbish.

Scam. This company kept my refund.

On 3/11/22 is was issued a refund from a autozone. It’s shows in my transaction history they the refund was completed but the money was never credited back to the account. I called and was told this would be escalated someone would call me back. 3 weeks no call back. I reached out through email and there was no help there as well. Over 2 weeks with no reply. Stay away from this company.
