Horrible experience

Redeemed through our LiveIt program at work (large pharma). The card didn’t work and was declined by an online retailer. I tried to close browser and try again and now an error message appears with no contact information. To make it worse, I no longer have the card number and details so I’m out $125! I emailed the customer service link referenced below and they sent me a reset code for a website that doesn’t work. There was no follow up or contact with an actually agent. Totally useless process! I should have gone with the Amazon gift card.

I made a payment using my MasterCard…

I made a payment using my MasterCard prepaid Virtual Debit card but the online purchase was cancelled. Later when I checked the transactions the amount was deducted but it was never credited back to my card. The Online merchant confirmed that they never received the payment and now I don't know where are my $42.

No Problems Here!

I dont get why theres so many negative reviews.. it works great for me!!Maybe because I'm in Canada? Otherwise, I cant see any other common reason for the negative reviews..Ah Well, it works fantastically for me!!Haven't had a problem yet!5 Stars for PrePaidSolutions!!Its MY go-to digital wallet!!☆☆☆☆☆

Avoid at all costs

This is a complete waste of time. None of the UK retailers accept this card. Do not enter any information to retreive a gift card from these guys, it will not work!

Have tried numerous times to use this virtual VISA card online and in stores but was declined or not accepted every time. Called prepaid digital solutions and was told “keep trying”, “nothing they could do”.
