Had a horrible experience here. Got a code through dundle.com because my bank blocks zero-dollar payments (google promotion). Was promised instant access, but in reality I got a headache after countless unprofessional error pages.If you want your financial provider to puzzle you with "Oops something went wrong", please by all means.I'm going for a refund, this did not save me the 2 days it would take to get a physical prepaid card.
I was given pre paid gift card and was unable to use it, mainly due to lock down. It expired 30th nov. 20. I have asked digital solutions to reissue, they say it would cost more in admin fee than is on card. So ive lost my gift of £22.00, their gain, i certainly would not recomend digital solutions
I can't believe this. Came to see reviews because I literally can't use any of my virtual MasterCards anywhere and It's all 0 stars only because people can't score any lower than that but completely deserves -100! It's like they don't want you to use your money. I don't understand why Swagbucks even use this total SCAM of a company! Every effort to use the card at different places is blocked one way or another. I never got the stupid tokens they keep asking for in order to register. It says you can log in with your card details but proceeds to refer you back to tokens. Not worth the grief, will totally use other options.EDIT:I have come back to edit my rating. Although it was true at the time, I'm not sure whether they fixed something but my experience recently has been flawless so I've upgraded my score from 1 star to 4 star cause I'd give 5 but there must always be room for improvement.
I wish there was a NEGATIVE 100 STAR for their service.Nothing less than shocking customer service. I think they have an automated response system, which will continue to send you the same response irrespective to the content of the email. First of all my prepaid card was expired and I have not received any notification that unused amount is going to expire soon. After requesting to issue me a replacement card, I have been chasing for a month now and sent 25+ mails and every time I get a standard response, your request is approved and send us the filled form. You fill and send the form, you get response "request is approved please fill the form". I have emailed again I have sent the form, please see the last email, again response is "request is approved, please send the form". I said I want to escalate again response is "request is approved please send the form".I think we should never use any prepaid digital card service as companies like this absolutely making mockery of the service.
