Terrible service! I can't reach anyone to talk to. My $200 card expired after only three months. This should be clearly stated. UPDATE: I finally found a phone number and managed to speak with someone who reinstated my card for 90 days. Changing my rating to 2 stars.
I’ve participated in surveys for years and opted for a physical rewards card worth $47. I was unaware it had a short shelf life. After being ill, I found it expired when I tried to use it. There was no indication of this on the website. For two months, I've been trying to resolve this issue with support, but they don't care. I even called the office and can only submit emails without a direct extension. It feels like a scam.
I received two virtual cards, one for $100 and another for $500, but neither works. The $100 card says it expired, and the $500 card can’t be found in the system. Customer service claims nothing can be done since one is expired, and they want card numbers for the other, which I can't provide as the link is broken. This company needs to improve their communication and provide essential identifiers. They are holding my money hostage, and I plan to report this practice.
I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with this company. I had a prepaid card with a balance of $2,500, which never worked from the beginning. I reached out to their customer service multiple times, requesting a replacement card. Every time, I was assured that I would receive it, but nothing ever came through. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I was left waiting with no follow-up or resolution.When I escalated the issue by contacting BHN, they directed me to contact the company via email. However, my experience only became more frustrating as I went back and forth in communication. If I had an option, I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. Prepaid Digital Solutions is a complete fraud. I had two virtual Visa gift cards, each worth $100, and I couldn’t use them anywhere. I tried multiple online platforms and wallets, but they simply didn’t work. Now, to my shock, I see that the cards have expired, and the amount is gone.When I contacted customer support, their response was infuriating — they said the amount was forfeited. Forfeited? How is that even acceptable? I was still trying to figure out how to use the cards! This company essentially stole my hard-earned money, and their process makes no sense.I can’t help but feel this is a scam. Stay away from Prepaid Digital Solutions. They are unreliable, and their practices are questionable. Save your money and go with a more trustworthy option.
I went to use my virtual Mastercard card today and it said EXPIRED when I tried using it. I reached out to customer support they said it expired and I loose my hard earned money. I had $85 on that gift card, and I was saving it to use it on Thanksgiving! I have not used any money and they are not telling me who has my money now and where does my unused money go back. When I received a booking confirmation email, there were no transparency about not renewing after expiration date and that my money will be stolen forever. The virtual mastercard doesn't even mention anything about how strict the expiration date is. The customers are not made aware of this scam so that the money can be stolen by them. If we are aware about how stringent are these expiration dates, I am sure a lot of us will definitely use before the expiration. This company is STEALING hard earned money without any transparency to the customers leaving them with WORST customer experience.
scam a nowhere you can use them , after 5 shops card disappeared because was used to many times what a joke :/ prevention of fraud :) ebay not accept them also ces,tesco,amazon,paypal, nowhere for what they are ? you cant addem evet to google wallet because they are not contactless
