WORST SERVICE AND PRODUCT

I was able to use my card 4 times on my $1000 prepaid card. Same excuses as everyone below and blaming it on the merchant. This is not the case because I had already purchased at that merchant on 2 of my 4 previous transactions. (grocery store). This was a gift I received and it's horrible. I selected the digital version of the card because it "works seamlessly with apply pay". The customer service reps solution was to remove from my wallet and manually write the card number down with a pen at the stores. What is that?

I have had an absolute nightmare with…

I have had an absolute nightmare with this. Firstly my wallet was loaded with £58. I tried to spend the total and it was declined. 10 trials later and 100% correct details entered, still declined. I then read reviews that prepaid digital solutions are a scam and they don’t want you to spend all in one go. So I decided to try a sun of £35. Alas still declined. I wake up the next day and try again. Only to see that the £35 transaction has been deducted from my account. Beggars belief. It has not been sent to the vendor in which I attempted payment as I have called to enquire about a potential pending payment. I was advised that no, there is no pending payment. I have sent several emails and attempted the woeful online chat. I cannot believe that a similar type of experience is happening to seemingly every prepaid digital solutions customer and they’re STILL allowed to trade. I would avoid at all costs. They’re obviously internet bandits and will steal your money without a second thought. Merry Christmas I supposeUpdate 12/12/22 I have received an email back from PPDS and they have said that my money is in holding.Flabbergasted. No payment was authorised so how is it in holding? They’re scam bandits and just make stuff up in their attempt to appear legitimate.

Unable to use virtual card. Same excuse used.

Same as most people here, I keep getting told the same thing when my card is declined.. the merchant blocked the card. Try again in 48 hours. You try again in 48 hours and guess what? Same happens again. Very frustrating.

Card doesn't work

The card is useless, I've tried to get things with it multiple times but it just says that the card issuer declined the payment. I've kept on trying but it wont work.

Horrible service stealing money

Have tried numerous times to use my $350 virtual giftcard to no avail. No purchases are able to be made and 'customer service' is telling me to just try a different merchant. I want to use my money wherever I want to spend it. You're stealing my money. Fix this.Now I can't even get into my account at all, I won't receive a verification email.Nobody has reached out to me through email. When is this gonna happen?

i cannot access my wallet account because i am not receiving the verification code sent and they is no other way to log in the company is not being helpful at all and it’s being sent to a private apple email instead of mine and i can’t change it in anyway

Doesn't support a standard online…

Doesn't support a standard online shopping site which I have used master card with before. First they said it was because the Merchant was charging as a recurring payment even though it was just a onetime purchase then they said it might be the currency. Clearly whoever I was speaking with didn't actually understand why it was failing and then couldn't offer any solution and told me to try a different merchant. It's a 1 star rating from me because I'd expect wider support for more merchants and better customer support that could clarify exactly why the error messae was returned rather than speculate multiple possibilities.

My digital card not active when i pay usage in some apps, and in my website transactions history , its same balance on green , but same balance on red on details of transaction i try to made its before and failed, i write a complaint on website and no response. Thank you

Useless

Useless. I live in the UK, can only get through by chat. I’ve told them the card has been declined with every provider I try to use it with and they’re saying it is the other providers fault not there’s. Will be advising all my friends, family and companies that I work with to steer clear.
