Worst prepaid card experience. Blocks out most transactions. Tried to transfer money via Wise Transfer got blocked out. Tried to get it set up as contactless payment for Google pay doesn't work. Forgot password tried to log back in. Despite having the mobile on hand that I use to registered. As well as email address, which they could easily use to verify my identity. Instead they keep asking for username just to do a simple task as reset password which I doubt they ask me to set while registering the account. Also you are not able to login by digital token they gave you in email address. Support also takes few days to respond.
Their website constantly having login issue such as lagging as you click the login button. I once tried to register a digital token from my email, it brought me to their website with the digital token and my login infos, I clicked login and obviously it had a "login error", stopped me from logging in, jumped me out. I refreshed the page to try to login again, the token was taken but NOT in my wallet. Emailed the "contact" for support, took 2 days to reply, and now been 7 days I haven't gotten a reply yet. Plus, I can't login to my wallet even after I resetted my pw. The site is just terrible.
Several years their cards have worked fine for me. But since two months I‘m constantly having issues. I’ve been adding the cards to my PayPal account because it’s been advertised as a Mastercard that is accepted everywhere and working like a regular Mastercard until the credit on the card is used. Now I always get error messages when I add it to PayPal and want to use it there. It’s so disappointing cause it has worked fine up until recently. Their support was also disappointing saying you can’t use it for Amazon, PayPal and other popular services when it’s clearly untrue and I’ve been doing it for years. I just want what is advertised to me. Plain and simple.
Complete scam. Can't use the money anywhere - they purposefully limit your spending - can't send to Paypal, Skrill, ICard or Google Pay. This is absolutely ridiculous - they are the ones limiting us on purpose. Why? Why would they care if I spend my money buying clothes or using the card with Google Pay to use it with POS terminals? I see no purpose in this. Complete scam, haven't found a place that accepts their cards - the support has no clue what they are doing or what's happening - never trust these guys.
Absoulute garbage. I am not even sure you can actually use their cards anywhere, at least so far I haven't found a place. Also do not add your card to an account - good luck getting the verification codes. They just don't send you any so you can't even access the card (no, they don't go to junk folder, they just don't arrive).Please, for the love of God, whatever you do, do not waste a single cent of your own money on these guys - you will just get screwed over.
The card that I redeemed off prepaiddigitalsolutions.com is not able to be added to google pay directly. I keep getting the error "Your card's issuer declined this request. Contact your bank or use a different payment method. Learn more [OR-CCSEH-26]".
