When I started using this service last…

When I started using this service last week there was a payments link that mysteriously vanished. I cannot use the money here as no merchants will accept this and there's no option to send it. A very effective way to steal money from us. I'm tagging VISA and MASTERCARD on this so that they can cut their links to this crooked service!!!

Asked for a verification code 25 times still so code so can't log in customer service takes 3 days I'm removing this payment method from my company and advising partner companies to do the sameUpdate customer services contacted me yestqdqy by email asked me for details which I provided them no reply then received the same message from customer service today so I replied straight away and told them I already gave it them yestaday to get no reply again so you can find my account and respond to me on here but not deal with the problem

Very bad experience

I have a visa gift card and i can't use it at all because it's always declined by Real-Time Decisioning Processing , it's been 12 days since my attempts to use the card without any results, i have talked to their support and they were useless , it feels like I'm talking to bot not a human , stay away.

The worst customer experience. Awful company.

Awful customer service and experience. Honestly, don't bother. The card will decline everywhere you go (online or physical location). If you call customer service, they'll blame it on the merchant and claim you didn't try it as many have stated. Don't use them.

Use your balance ASAP or it will expire!

I've never received a prepaid card with as short of an expiration time as I've gotten from Prepaid Digital Solutions. They give you a mere 7 months to drain your balance, or they just yank your money.It's hard enough to use a virtual card as it is, because most retailers do not have an online payment portal that allows for multiple CC's on one transaction. So you can only charge at or below the balance on your card. But then if you don't use it, it will just expire on you and the company keeps YOUR money!I attempted to reach out to their customer service, but they basically said they can legally keep it.

I wish I read these reviews before doing business with these people. An average rating of 1.6 tells a lot about their service (or lack of it)This seems to be a bogus company. I got more than $300 worth in a prepaid digital solutions card. And they claim it can be used for international payments. When I tried in Amazon India, payments kept declining. When I contacted their prepaiddigital solutions customer care, they denied having received any payment request from Amazon. Only after reading other comments, did I realize that these people are running a Ponzi scheme of swindling people's money into a unusable gift card. I have no option but to terminate them as partners for digital gift card vendors

It pains me to give them one star.

It pains me to give them one star, as I've always had a relatively smooth experience with their services over the last two years.But today, for the first time in these two years, I've not only had ALL my transactions blocked by a third-party company I have no affiliation with, but my MasterCard was removed from my wallet entirely.I did not receive so much as a simple automated message explaining the declined transactions or my card being removed from my account outright.I suspect something nefarious is afoot. I've gone ahead and contacted both them and their affiliate through which I received the card, hopefully this results in a reasonable explanation and my card being reinstated.I can't really afford to wait several business days for this to be resolved, but I don't have much of a choice. Their staff members are usually very helpful when they eventually address one's issues, though, so I'm hoping for a quick solution.

WORTHLESS!! Run away IF you can!

This card is practically useless and the customer support comes along with it is even worse. I have had the card for two weeks and still not found a location I can successfully use it. I’ve emailed Customer Support for five times now asking for a card holder name because that’s what every website wins and I am told that they cannot give out that kind of information. I requested a physical card and exchange and they just simply stopped responding. I gained this card through the use of Steady and the completion of an offer with them. I’ve recommended to Steady that they use a new provider!!

Terrible services

Terrible services. Is it scam I wonder?I've got a prepaid reward a prepaid card for 250 euros. There was some issue with verification when I clicked on the link to retrieve the digital card, so I was asked to submit verification documents (driving licence photo) to help verify my identity, which I did.That was 8 days ago. I had heard nothing so I tried calling their "customer service" dept. This was a waste of time. All they could do is "escalate my case" which will take another 3-5 days! (honestly I think they make up these numbers).I have ask for the name of the agent an denied to provided the surname after this persons asked me so many questions.I have asked for a case number, there is no one.At this point I feel like my money has been stolen and I don't know who to contact about it next :(
